PadraigC Beautiful, uplifting and relaxing. I love the accompanying text and the painting/cover art, the latter reminds me of a national history museum 'display case'.
I was listening to this in my cabin, the strong wind rustling the leaves & the sunlight dancing across the floorboards seemed a perfect match for this albums sentiment - just the awareness of nature & oneself! Favorite track: Parody Of Yourself.

Listener-Part-Time Ah… an Aural Elixr to soothe away those rough edges of that which is Monday! Direct Acoustics into Ear Canals & lay back… Favorite track: Parody Of Yourself.

about

Once worshipped by the masses,

Now forgotten by the few,

The retired god wanders alone,

Lost and confused, his purpose askew.

No longer hailed for his strength,

Nor revered for his mighty name,

The god finds himself adrift,

In a world that's not quite the same.

The people no longer need him,

Their faith in him has waned,

And though he tries to understand,

Their new ways remain a mystery, untamed.

He once held the power of creation,

The ability to shape and mold,

But now he struggles to comprehend,

A world that's forever growing old.

The technology, the hustle-bustle of life,

Everything moved at a breakneck pace,

The retired god could no longer keep the stride,

He felt like an outdated relic of the past.

His wisdom, once revered, now fell on deaf ears,

The younger ones thought him passé and weird,

The retired god couldn't change, the world had moved on,

His decline was evident, his kingdom gone.

The retired god sat on his throne,

A once mighty king now all alone,

His powers faded, his strength all gone,

He looked around, and something was wrong.

about

Wings Of An Angel Israel

My own identity feels like a construct, a collection of roles and personas worn like so many masks. Who am I, really?

Perhaps in the end, we are all just characters in someone else's novel, puppets dancing on strings we cannot see.
